1. By giving feedback you permit Auckland Council to make enhancements to the project in response to your feedback and to share information with other project teams where the feedback may be more effectively responded to
2. When participating in discussions you will be respectful of others at all times and refrain from making negative comments about any organisation, group, or individual
3. Auckland Council reserve the right to moderate any comments and at it's sole discretion choose not to publish any comment
4. You give permission to Auckland Council to contact you about the project through project updates and to enquire further about any comment that has been made
