Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1. By submitting your comments you agree that:
   • Comments submitted must be relevant to the project
   • You will not post comments or take any action that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law
   • You will not use the Social Pinpoint Mapping Tool to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory
2. You agree to indemnify Panuku for any loss, costs, or damages, arising from or relating in any way, to your use, reliance, or acceptance of information or other content on this website.
3. You agree to release Panuku from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, compensation, interest, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in relation to your use of the Social Pinpoint Mapping Tool.
4. You give the right to edit, modify, publish and communicate your comments and also agree that comments submitted may be visible for all other users of the Panmure Social Pinpoint Mapping Tool.
5. You agree that comments submitted are reviewed by Panuku moderators; you agree that upon review comments may be removed if deemed unsuitable.
6. You agree that copyright in the content data submitted and displayed on the Panmure Mapping Tool is owned by Panuku Development Auckland.
